Job Management
Full job lifecycle from creation to completion. Each job carries a structured reference number, assigned technician, customer and vehicle linkage, multi-stage progress indicators, and document generation triggers. Status tracked across pending, in-progress, and completed states.
Document Engine
Generates 10 document types on demand: Vehicle Inspection Report, Service Card, Manual Work, Pre-billing, Pro-forma Job, Spare Parts List, Invoice, Local Purchase Order, Credit Note, and Pro-forma Receipt. Each exported as PDF, DOCX, or ZIP.
Finance Module
Tracks all income and expense entries with real-time running balance. Linked directly to the job and invoice pipeline so revenue entries are created automatically on invoice approval. Full transaction history with date, category, reference, and amount.
Customer Records
Complete customer profiles with contact details, vehicle history, and full job history. Search and filter across the customer base. Every customer links directly to their associated vehicles and all historical jobs and documents.
User Management
Role-based access control for workshop staff. Admin, manager, and technician roles with permissions scoped per module. User registration, profile management, and activity tracking. Designed for a multi-staff workshop environment.
