A clinic operations PWA for a two-branch dental practice: front desk, chairside, accounts and compliance in one system.
A clinic snapshot across both branches: patients on file, patients today and outstanding balances, then the money collected, split by procedures, medication and retail, with revenue by branch and the day at the clinic. Analytics compare production by doctor and by branch.
Appointments by day, doctor and chair. Double-booking a doctor, a chair or the CBCT machine is blocked at the source, and anyone unconfirmed waits on a to-confirm list with their phone number.
Reception picks the patient and checks them in. A booking for today fills in the doctor and visit type, and the patient lands on the doctor's list the moment it is saved, so the front desk and the chair see the same day.
Membership, identity, benefit remaining and authorization are verified before the doctor needs any of it, and every check is kept as evidence with who recorded it, when and how. A clearance check then says in plain words what is still missing and who fixes it.
Dormant patients get a message and the day's figures show what came of it: messages taken, contacted in seven days, booked after contact, same-day add-ons.
The chairside view. Today's patients with their insurance state, allergies in a banner over every chart, and an odontogram per patient where each tooth's condition is recorded with the date and the doctor. A correction supersedes; nothing is overwritten.
Everything the doctor recorded is already billed; nothing is typed twice. Every insured invoice becomes a claim with its own status, what was sent and what the insurer sent back.
A compliance centre tracking each clinic's obligations under Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act 2022: the organisation's details, the personal data inventory and security measures, each marked addressed, for review or action required, and how much of the Commission's quarterly report the records already answer.
Escalations the system or the staff have raised, by severity. Each one is diagnosed and routed, so a problem never becomes a block.
Bilingual consent capture. A patient reads and signs consent in Kiswahili, and the signed form is filed with the patient's documents as a PDF, never edited, only superseded, and never lost in a drawer.
